Riverpod 3.0 unified Ref, moved StateProvider/StateNotifierProvider/ChangeNotifierProvider to a legacy import, made failing providers retry automatically, and added Ref.mounted and an experimental Mutations API — all after most models' training cutoffs, so assistants default to stale 1.x/2.x syntax and raw setState sprawl.
