What Nightforge is

Nightforge (night-forge.com) sells digital products — AI prompt packs and developer starter bundles — for a one-time price, delivered instantly as a download after purchase. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no recurring charges. By buying a product, you agree to the terms below.

Purchases and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link for your purchase. That link is valid for 7 days from purchase, and you can re-download within that window as many times as you need. If your link expires and you still need the file, contact us and we'll help.

License to use what you buy

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive license to use it in your own work or business — for yourself, your own clients, or your own company. What you can't do: resell, redistribute, or repackage the product itself (or substantially all of it) as your own downloadable product, whether for free or for money. Using the prompts to do your own work, including work you bill a client for, is exactly what these products are for and is fully allowed.

Refunds

All sales are final once a download link has been issued. Because these are digital products delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase, receiving the download is the completed fulfillment of the sale — there is no unused or undelivered state to refund back to, the way there would be with a physical product. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, for not getting the result you expected, or after the files have been downloaded.

The only exception is a genuine error on our end — you were charged the wrong amount, charged twice, or the file itself is corrupted and we're unable to fix or replace it. Email us before downloading if you believe there's been an error; we can't undo a download after the fact. If Stripe or your card issuer processes a chargeback, your download access is revoked and any further access to that product requires repurchase.

No professional advice

Our prompt packs are drafting and productivity tools. They are not legal, medical, clinical, financial, or professional advice, and using them doesn't create any kind of professional relationship with Nightforge or Dralyx LLC. You're responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before you rely on it, bill for it, file it, or send it to anyone — your own professional judgment and any license or credential you hold governs how you use what you produce.

No warranty

Products are provided as-is. We don't guarantee they'll produce a specific result, fit a specific use case, or work with every AI tool or model you try them with. We do stand behind the quality of what we build and will fix or replace a genuinely broken file — see Refunds above.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nightforge and Dralyx LLC aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use a product you already bought isn't affected by later changes to these terms.
