Svelte 5 runes, SvelteKit 2, and Tailwind CSS v4 all shipped breaking changes after most models' training cutoffs, so assistants default to export let, $:, on:click, createEventDispatcher, <slot>, $app/stores, thrown redirect()/error(), and v3 @tailwind directives. This bundle is a 486-line CLAUDE.md that encodes the correct patterns and the exact anti-patterns to avoid — a full runes reference ($state/$derived/$effect/$props/$bindable), snippets, callback props, .svelte.ts state modules, SvelteKit 2 load/form-actions/$app-state/redirect/cookies/env/hooks, Tailwind v4 CSS-first setup, TypeScript conventions, a 12-mistake blocklist, and a pre-commit checklist. Ships with a README covering install for Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot, plus a CUSTOMIZATION.md for adapting it to your data layer, auth, and design tokens.
